Products and Availability

We offer a variety of Christian-themed products including apparel, accessories, prints, home décor, and other inspirational items. Product availability may vary and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payment

We keep things simple! All payments are done securely by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). To secure your order, you’ll receive our banking details during checkout to make your payment directly from your bank account, with a request to your bank to email your remittance to Info@pbgg.co.za .

Once we receive your proof of payment and it reflects in our account, we’ll process and ship your order. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping only within South Africa.

Our processing and shipping times are as follows:

•Processing Time: 1–3 business days

•Shipping Time: 7–10 business days (depending on location).
(Bibles, Books, Diaries & Journals may have +/-17 day waiting period if the item is not in stock.)

•Shipping Methods: Courier, Service

•Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Providence By God’s Grace is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error on our part.
To request a return, email us at info@pbgg.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
